I have the church record books and they show that Lewis W. Turner, Samuel Turner, D. Turner, and Deuet (?) Turner all joined this Church (then known as Pleasent Grove Church) Under Rev J.W. Raper who served from 1890 to 1893.
According to the record your Grandfather (Lewis) Died Nov 10, 1894.
He was buried at White church (Baptist) now known as East Fulton Church.
He has a Civil War stone. I saw it yesterday and all that is on it is

3. Heirs of Son, LEWIS WASHINGTON TURNER born ca: 1832. 10% divided below one seventieth or one of ten equal shares: J.A. TURNER, S.J. TUNRER, E.J. TURNER, KATE HARDIN, MRS LEWIS TURNER, GENNIE WIYGRUL & GRATIA WILLIS.
4. MARY TURNER CARNATION DOTY born ca: 1838 (living in 1904 when father, Jame's will is probated.)
5. CELIA J. TURNER VINSON born ca: 1838 (living in 1904 when father, Jame's will is probated.)
6. JOSEPH PETE TURNER born ca: 1839 shows to live in Sebastian County, Arkansas in 1904.
7. RHODA S. TURNER born ca: 1843 (first called Susan Baker) think living out of state when first listed. Children Mrs LIZZIE CLAYTON and Mrs SUSAN KILLINGSWORTH.
8. JAMES J. TURNER, JR born ca: 1845 10% divided one seventyth each for children: EARL TURNER, CICERO TURNER, Mrs C WILSON, THORADAY TURNER, Mrs MAGGIE RIGGS, NANIE BOLEWAY and LOVELY TURNER (a minor) paid to Mrs. S.S. TURNER, mother.
