Screen Actors Guild Nominees
2000
The Screen Actors Guild Awards, now in it's sixth
year, is an award ceremony where winners are determined by their peers
and the statuettes are known as the Actor.. They are also seen as a forerunner
to the Oscars and are usually more accurate in predicting the winners than
most of the other award ceremonies. for example, Roberto Benigi and Gwyneth
Paltrow's win last year at the Oscars. Please note that Roberto Benigi
did not win at any of the major critics awards until Oscar night. The following
are the nominations for the 16 categories, in both theatrical motion pictures
and television. I have extracted the nominations list and the histroy behind
every nomineee from the official SAG website press release. If you
want more information, please kindly access the webpage : http://www.sagawards.org/press_releases/pr_000201.html
