The Wayne Huizenga Award for Excellence in Personnel Management

Each year, the NBFFL's Vice-Commissioner for Transactions awards the team with the most transactions with the Wayne Huizenga Award for Excellence in Personnel Management. The award is named after the Florida Marlins owner, who, in his infinite brilliance, put up paper plate signs reading "Garage Sale" all throughout Major League Baseball's neighborhood after winning the World Series. Each change in a roster spot results in one transaction. Ties are broken by number of transactions that result from a trade.
