this one is the one i use and seems to be the quickest and "easiest"
i suggest you definately get a TN map at the rest stop
here goes...
OKAY I KNOW YOU NEED TO GO NORTH...
THE HIGHWAYS YOU USE ARE 27 AND 68
I ADVISE YOU GO TO www.mapquest.com AND GET DRIVING DIRECTIONS FROM THERE.
(it is REALLY simple to get to Jamestown from Crossville)
Get on Highway 127 North
Stay on this road TOTAL for about 25 min
during this time you will go through Clarkrange
you will come to some road work and after that is finished
then road will go into two lanes
(this begins the by-pass)
stay on the by-pass for about 5 min
you will see a BP gas station above you
go under the bridge then turn Left
at the stop sign turn Right
go to the red light and turn Right
you are now on OLD highway 127 north
go through Jamestown (don't blink)
you will go straight through another red light by wal-mart
and then about 1/2 mile later you will come to the Jamestown Community Center. it is on the LEFT
just after the soccer field and just before the high school
there is addtional parking across the road and at the school
if at any time you get lost just stop somewhere and ask directions, everyone knows where the Jamestown community center is.
