(This class was rescheduled due to weather conditions) Eunice Sahr from the County Extension Office will be giving a Health and Nutrition Class at First Baptist Church of Jamestown.
Description:
"On the Move for Better Health" - Have fun "moving" and learning about the health benefits of physical activity! We'll also take a look at a variety of
beverages, from water to sports drinks to pop, to determine possible health benefits. This is the same class that is offered each year at Marketplace for Kids at the Civic Center.

Christmas Skating Party at the John Wilson Skating Arena in Jamestown. Prices are $5.00 per family or $2.00 per child; $3.00 for adults. Skate rental is available. Please bring a snack to share with the group.
