NOVEMBER CALENDAR
Monday, November 3rd; 1:30 PM - North Dakota Home School Convention PLANNING Meeting. We will meet at the Civic Center. All those wanting to help with the convention can come! Remember, you may qualify for reduced or even free registration to the convention in March just for volunteering!
Friday, November 7th; 2:00 PM - Eunice Sahr from the County Extension Office will be giving a Health and Nutrition Class at First Baptist Church of Jamestown.
Description:
"On the Move for Better Health" - Have fun "moving" and learning about the health benefits of physical activity! We'll also take a look at a variety of
beverages, from water to sports drinks to pop, to determine possible health benefits. This is the same class that is offered each year at Marketplace for Kids at the Civic Center. This is an excellent class and I hope to see a great turn-out!
Friday, November 14th; 1:00 - 3:00 - Thanksgiving Ice Skating Party at the John Wilson Skating Arena in Jamestown. Prices are $5.00 per family or $2.00 per child; $3.00 for adults. Skate rental is available.
Thursday, November 20th at 6PM - Potluck Dinner at the Teen Center in Jamestown. Please RSVP by November 13th; sign up to bring a vegetable dish and bread rolls OR a salad and dessert.
