Dear Parents,
Below is a sample of the info I will need from you for Sally to print labels for each piece of art work that will be in the art exhibit. Please use this sample as a guide, and e-mail it to me no later than April 25th. I will gather all the information for the labels and give them to Sally on the 28th.You may begin dropping off your art work anytime from April 29th through May 2nd.The art exhibit will be May 6 - 11. The exhibit will have open viewing during Arts Center hours, 9-5, Monday through Friday. Week-ends are by apointment only.
For those who want to meet as a group:We will meet at 11:00 at the Arts Center on Thursday, May 8th. We have reservations for lunch in a meeting area at Perkins following the exhibit, at aproximately 12:30. If you plan on joining us for lunch, please let me know when you send your label information to me.

I need this info in no later than April 25th. If you will be joining us for lunch on May 8th, please let me know how many will be in your party. Friends and family are welcome to attend this event as well!Please remember framed art must hang from a wire, and sculptures must be able to stand up on their own. Sculptures may be hot glued or mounted to a block of wood if it needs support.If you have questions, please do not hesitate to e-mail me.
