This page is about April Marie McClellan, born on May 9, 1985.  She may also go by the name April Marie Hamilton.

As of April 1, 2008 she was arrested for forging documents to try to get an apartment at the Crystal Springs apartment complex.  She served more than 6 months in jail, and is currently on probation.

Has April M. McClellan ever told you that she:

• Was valedictorian at her High School
• Has an AA degree in Psychology
• Was a manager at Whataburger, Chase, Bank of America, or somewhere else
• Was abused and sent to the hospital by James Dahlstrom

If she did, she lied to you.  Ask her to prove any of these statements or any others that seems untrue to you, and she will not be able to.  She will always reply with something like "I am not lying.  Just ask ____________."  She will never give you solid proof of what she is saying.

April M. McClellan is a horrible liar.  She lies about almost anything and everything.  She cannot stop lying and, in my opinion, never will stop lying.  NEVER.  If you know her, do not trust her.  She has been fired from several jobs because she lies.  If you want to see a list of her lies, feel free to click here.  If you know her, you may recognize several.  She also committed perjury when she filed a restraining order against me.  No one seems to give a damn that she did, but it is the truth.  She is willing to lie, even under oath.

Not only is she a horrible liar, but she is also a thief, and was sued by me for fraud and breach of contract.  You can view all the case information by going to the clerk of the court's web site.  The case number is CV2005-019004.  To date, April owes me more than twelve thousand dollars.  She says that I do not deserve it back, but the judgment I have against her says I do.  This judgment was filed with the Maricopa County Recorder's office.  The record number is 2006-0712190.  If she tries to buy or sell an property in Maricopa County, she will have to pay me first.  She says I do not deserve the money, because I was abusive.  That is a huge lie, and was proven as a lie when the I had her restraining order dismissed.  The case number is: 05P3397988.

If you believe I hospitalized her, ask her to show you the records.  Ask her to show you a receipt, an insurance claim, or even a doctor's note.  She has no proof.  It is a lie.

I did propose to her, but once I realized how much she lied, I never intended to marry her.  I did not even have sex with her the last 5 months of our relationship, because I no longer was attracted to her.  I never even knew who she was.  She did not leave me at the altar.  I wish they had public records like that online, but they do not.  Nevertheless, if there were, there would be no record that she or I ever filed for a marriage license.  However, you may obtain a certified copy of a marriage license at the Customer Services Center, 601 W. Jackson, Phoenix, the Southeast office, 222 E. Javelina, Mesa or the Northeast Facility, 18380 N. 40th St., Suite 120, Phoenix or the Northwest Facility 14264 W. Tierra Buena Lane, Surprise. She wants everyone to believe that I am horrible, crazy, or even a liar myself because she hates the truth.  I can show you the proof.  This web page is full of proof that cannot be denied.  What proof has she given?  She does not even know what the truth is anymore, and she has no right defame my name, or slander me the way that she is.

She was also sued by several of the apartment complexes where she lived for non-payment.  The girl is a complete loser who cannot and will not pay her debts or her bills.  For a list of judgments against her, click here.  The case numbers with CV are lawsuits against her for not paying her bills.  She forged a letter from her old apartment complex saying that they were sorry to see her go.  Based on the fact that they sued her three different times for not paying, it is clear that the letter was a fraud.  The ones with TR are traffic violations. 

In addition, she caused her ex-boyfriend Scott Morganroth to have his car repossessed.  He was giving her his paychecks to put into their joint account, and she was spending the money on what she wanted, not paying his car payment.  He told friends that the only reason he was still with her was because they had signed a lease together.  Once they were evicted, he got away from her and her lies.

Her friend Hebba sold her a car at a very cheap price.  April never paid Hebba for the car, and after she destroyed the engine, refused to pay anything.  Hebba wanted to sue April as well, but never wound up doing it.

April wants to go into law enforcement.  She claims that she has earned an AA in Criminal Justice from Mesa Community College or Rio Salado College.  She attended both, as well as Glendale Community College.

She has worked for several companies and been fired from most of them, including, Bank of America, Chase Bank, U.S. Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, the University of Phoenix, Sam Goody, Westaff, Whataburger, and Del Taco.

She is also claiming that I was abusive and even sent her to the hospital several times.  She claimed that the police were looking for me, but that I was on the run and hiding from them.  However, I have lived in the same place for almost 6 years, and had the same phone number the whole time.  She claimed that I have raped.  I have never done anything of the sort.  These lies may cause her to wind up back in court, when I sue her for defamation of character.  I was never anything but nice to April, and she used me, lied to me, and stole from me.  Justice will be served eventually.
