At one time,
Keath was so young
looking. Keath has bought a house. It is a
end of the group townhouse. It isn't
very far from us. He closes the loan
on Dec 29th. He is excited. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 baths and a
finished basement. He is buying the
dining room set and a gas grill from the previous owner and they are leaving
all the appliances, including an upright freezer. One of his friends is going to rent from
him. Keath settled on his new home. Kyle, Kirk, Tess, Jim
and I and two of Keath’s friends, Brett and Craig helped move him in. It is a townhouse and is at the end of the
group. He has 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half
baths, a full basement, living room, dining room, kitchen. The basement has a finished family
room. He has a nice deck on the back
and a fence around the back yard. Keath continues to work for Harford Mutual Ins Co & has been
recognized there for his fine work. He
won $75 first place for decorating his desk at work for Christmas this week. Keath has a chance of becoming IT
Department supervisor. Keath is a great
uncle to all the grandchildren & they adore him. He is planning upgrades of siding &
windows for his home. |
