Let me tell you about us.
James is an submariner, he plans to make a career of it. He is a nuclear electrician. James loves to play with our dogs, do outdoor activities, and play video games. My husband is a big kid! James has two sisters one of them is just an hour away. Our baby would have two cousins, two aunts, and 2 sets of grandparents! 
I am a homemaker, I love my job! I like to cook, scrapbook, do crafts, play with my animals, and travel. We both love to travel! I am an only child, my parents will adore and spoil their grandchildren. They live only a few hours away. We have been together for 4 years, married for 2. We love to laugh and joke around. James tends to be more relaxed and I'm generally more organized. We love traditions, such as cutting down our Christmas tree from a tree farm every year. Our home is full of animals! 5 cats, 2 dogs, and a rabbit. Most of the animals were rescues. They enrich our lives every day. We own our home. Its two stories with 3 bed, 2 bath 1300 sq ft. We have an inlet view that I love. We're working on improving it bit by bit and enjoying the process. My next project is to convert the spare room next to ours into a nursery.
We're into projects. Right now we are building a custom cat stand for our beloved felines. Typically we spend a lot of time playing with our dogs. We like to play tennis with them (or against them as they steal the balls) basketball, soccer, plain fetch. We really love to Frisbee golf. We tend to see my parents and James sister a few times a month. We generally take one or two vacations a year. This year we went to Oregon, and Vancouver Canada. Next year we're going to Tucson, Arizona. We're a military family but we don't move very often we've been here for 4 years and should be here for several more. My husband is not out to sea for longer then 3 months. We're stable and financially secure. The military offers great benefits including wonderful medical.
We're fine with an open adoption that includes pictures and letters. Perhaps visits when the baby is older. We are located in Washington state but out of state adoptions are fine with us. We plan on a family with several children and are ready to open our home. We're ready for a precious baby, we just need to find him or her.
