To view the rm files you need the RealMedia9 codec
Instructions for viewing movies: To watch the clips, right click the link and select "save target as",  then download and watch from your hard drive.  This method eliminates many streaming problems and saves my bandwidth.
To view the avi files you need the DIVX codec
I used my new Lego Studios Scary Laboratory (tm) set for this one...
