� The CD also introduces Hector Acuna (formerly of "SPIKE") on Bass, Doug Bertram (of� "UNBOUND") on Lead vocals and John Harper (formerly of "ALLEGIANCE") on keys. James Gilmore contributes all guitars, arrangements and backup vocals.
James describes the new material in this way: "All I can say is if you got off on the first album, you'll love this! I've spent two years recording this one, and I think it shows. It's really raw sounding and definitely kicks ass! The biggest difference on "RETURN II MADNESS" is that it features one song that I did the arrangement for, but I did not write." "Movements Thru Time� is a tribute to David Chastain and Michael Harris who have had a profound influence on my writing and playing. Other influences that I feel are apparent on these tracks range from Ace Freyley and Michael Angelo, to Yngwie Malmsteen and Steve Vai, just to name a few. Practically every great guitarist I've ever heard has had some kind on influence on my playing and I feel this CD reflects that." |
