| Pennil Quarles was my GGG Grandfather. He married Elizabeth Blalock, daughter of Giles Blalock and Dolly Justice, on September 22, 1819 in Hall County, Georgia. Their son, Allen, married Rebecca Ann Wilson, daughter of Riley Wilson and Rebecca Fowler. They had three daughters and four sons. Their daughter, Francis Elizabeth, was born January 1, 1852 in Kosiusko, Attala County, Mississippi. On June 1, 1871, she married Edward Lacey Brewton, son of John Hamilton David Brewton and Nancy Lowe. On April 28, 1907, their son, John Timothy, married Elizabeth Reid, daughter of William Reid and Delaney Taylor, in Goldonna, Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana. Their son, James Reid Brewton, was my father. |
