| The Final Boss: Gigyas!! with (gasp!) Pokey! Strategy: I don't have the HP here because the fight with Giygas has three parts. First, you have to fight Giygas and Pokey. Have Paula use PSI sheild Sigma (funky E) and have Poo use Brainshock on Giygas. Have Ness and Jeff bash away at Pokey. Here's why: Any damage that you try to do to Giygas will bounce back at one of you, no matter what. Pokey has no sheild. Giygas will become confused after using Brainshock and stay that way forever, because he never takes any damage! Giygas knows PSI Rockin alpha and beta, but if you use PSI Sheild Omega, the attack will, if he aims at you, will bounce back at him, bounce back at you because of the Devil's Machine, and hurt you. PSI Sheild Sigma just makes it disappear. If Giygas aims PSI Rockin at himself, it will hurt you, but it will also hurt Pokey, helping you! Pokey knows a stinky gas attack that will lower you offense, making you do less. After the first turn, just keep bashing Pokey until he's defeated. He will then turn off the Devil's Machine. Just keep bashing away at Giygas and healing until Pokey comes back and taunts you again. After that, have Ness and Poo heal the team if necessary, have Jeff Defend, and have Paula pray all the way. What will happen will be that Paula's Pray will reach out to people while Giygas continues to attack. Basically, whatever name you gave to Tony in Summers will Pray for Ness and his friends the 9th time and defeat Giygas. Afterwards, you guys return to your original bodies, and you need to send Paula home, then go home yourself and watch the credits. (This was the part I liked.) If you wait 'til after the credits, you will hear the annoying knocking that you heard at the beginning of the game (gasp!). It will be Picky, giving you a message from Pokey, saying "Come and get me, spanky. Har har har!". The end. or is it? |
