This service includes an on-site period of assessment, and then the preparation of two detailed reports: a Results Report and a Program Completion Plan.
Program Completion. We have deep experience to help you create a CMMI program tailored to your organizational needs. We can work with you to right-size your program, shape it to fit your culture, and ensure that as it takes shape it remains in compliance with CMMI recommendations.
Implementation. We can help you implement your program through Coaching, Mentoring, and periodic Auditing. Our goal is to help you foster institutionalization of the program throughout your targeted groups.
