James R. Persse is quality consultant specializing in CMMI, ITIL, ISO 9001:2000, and SOX/CobIT. He holds a PhD in Information technology Management and has 19 years’ experience in the fields of systems design, compliance management, and process improvement. Dr. Persse is an SEI-authorized CMMI Instructor. He is also a certified Six Sigma professional.
