Planning, Designing, and Structuring a CMMI Program for Deployment

Deciding to implement a Level 2 process program using the Staged Representation of CMMI is a strategic choice that will enhance your organization’s effectiveness, manageability, and quality.  Creating a successful program requires insight into CMMI’s scope and purpose.  And it requires an appreciation for how to customize the Model’s recommendations to the needs of your organization.

This focused, hands-on workshop is designed to provide you with the focused guidance and oversight to  plan and inventory your Level 2 Program.  You come away with artifacts and an action plan to initiate implementation.
