Arkansas River - June 1999 - Page 1

From left to right, that's me (on the far left), Tom (my brother also in the back of the boat), Thomas Brooks (in the front) and Angie (with the awesome paddle position on the far right) on the Arkansas River going through Zoom Flume. This is a class III/III+ rapid which is pretty straightforward (except for Pyramid Rock) but throws lots of spray. It's fun. We did this trip before heading out for the second Deso/Gray trip. This was just a one day trip - hence the lack of a big pile of stuff in the middle of the boat!!
