Drive,
he said
"Drive," he said
so off they sped
down dark and winding streets-
Curves leaning,
highway weaving
deep into the night.
"I need you," she said
So faster they sped
rain coming down in sheets-
Music blaring
Headlights glaring
blinded by the light.
"I want you," she said
she played with his head
the wheels were spinning fast-
Temperature rising
Quite surprising
soaring out of sight.
"I love you," she said
so lightly he tread
this adventure could not last-
Arms invading
Quite persuading
Too much love to fight.
"Slow down," he said
"Detour ahead."
Wrong way, one way, turn back-
Hazards flashing
Roadway sinking
deep into the night.
[Unable to display image]
"I love you," she said
So, let's go to bed
there was no turning back-
Engines' surging
Warm lips merging
Driven to love tonight.
