Writings

I am currently working on a couple of writing projects. One novel length project called
Family Matters and a comic book called The Esperanto Overhand Bowling League.

Both of these projects are back burner at this time, however, I am up to chapter 10 on the Novel
and I am looking for an Artist that might like to draw the comic. I would consider putting it on-line
ala Sluggy Freelance, a Web Based Daily comic. It is Nifty. Worship the Comic.

Family Matters is a post-modern Faery Tale, set partially in the City of Minneapolis and other places that have been lurking in the Recesses of my Imagination.  Its sort of a Boy meets Girl, Boy loses Girl to psychotic Half Sister, Boy rescues Girl, all while Boy is forced to grow up story.  With lots of mayhem,  love, pain, happiness, despair, war, peace, doom,  blood and death. In otherwords a nice wholesome family story.

The Esperanto Overhand Bowling League is a comic about a bunch of people who unwillingly are brought together to fight crime and corruption in New Detroit in the yeat 2163, some 20 years after wold war IV, which was started by the People's Republic of Queensland, which chose to attack the Free States of North America due to a scathingly embarrassing loss in the World Lunar Bocce Tournament. The SDI network put in orbit by president Gingrich, responded and destroyed the incoming attack. Unfortuantely, hackers who had grown bored with Denial of Service attacks against the internet, programed their own lis tof targets into the SDI fire control systesms and the Free States of North America were ordered to pay reparations in world court. Now poverty is rampant, crime is out of control and all that people can really afford to do recreation wise, is to go bowling.
