| This moves us into the Living room where, to the right of my beloved wife Melinda, who is feigning madness over this project (I think she's feigning....), is the new front window, and the first of two new electrical outlets. The plaster and lath were removed and the wall was insulated, as long as I was tearing it up to replace the window. The new heat duct exit point can also be seen. |

| In this photo we look back at the Dining room from the living room. The landing and bottom two steps of the new stair well can be seen. Through all of this the cats have placidly remained waiting by the screen door, longing to go outside and hunt things. Fortunately for all of us, we don't let them out unless we're also with them. Far too much vehicular traffic in our neck of the woods The New heat duct in the floor can also be seen, as wellas the cold air return to the right. |
