With his followers stacked up all around him
Hearing stories that they hadn’t heard before.
They asked him many questions there as they followed him
And asked him every time to tell them more.
And they went and crucified Him on a Friday afternoon
When they realized His death came way too soon.
So before the Sabbath came they laid Him down inside a tomb
Just to find him gone Sunday morning.
Well he traveled on to many other places
And he told them that he was the only door.
And he gave them those three years he could not buy back with his tears
For He was not what they were looking for.
