Proverbs 31:10-AV Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price [is] far above rubies. Proverbs 31:11-AV The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil. Proverbs 31:12-AV She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life.

Some men are afraid of getting married, because they are scare of getting hurt by the women. I have been married for twenty six years to the same woman, and win all are most of the battle without ever take part in the fight. In fact most of our problems comes about by people who covet our marriage.

THE FIRST THING:

Set the relationship on the path to success. Even before you move in together, you must set the relationship up so it can progress. How do we deal with grievance, when it arises? Every family have to decide where to dump their garbage. It is the same thing with grievance, and conflicts. You both have to decide how we are going to deal with it when ever it arises. The second thing is "Hear say" You both have to decide how you both are going to deal with "hear say" This is one thing that people use to put other people apart. If I hear that you was a prison bird, and you hear that me was a prostitute, how do we deal with that piece of trash news? Do we sit on it and believe it are do we ask each other about it? Women believe most of what they hear, especially when they hear it from a best friend are a sister. Sometime the sister want to taste the man, and is feeling rejected. In vextation she make up all kind of rumors.

YOU CAN WIN IF YOU KNOW THE GAME:

People say" Women win every time" The truth is Women win against men who are thinking with the wrong head. You cannot win if your heart is out on your sleeve. You cannot win if you have no controls over your anger. You cannot win if you have no controls over your sex drive. You cannot win when your behaviour tell the woman that your are desperate.

Tell the woman that she caught your eyes, and you would like the chance to get to know her. If she say no. You ask if it is ok with her, if you try another person? The reason for this is that some women nos mean yes. You do not want her to call you a womanizer when you get lucky with somebody else. And you do not want to look like you are hard up. Women do not like hard up men. Hard up men do not make love to a woman. They jump in there like a rabbit and jump out.

PLANNING TO MOVE IN WITH HER:

If you plans to move in with a woman, let the lease be in her name, while you pay all the rent. The reason for this is, when a problem arises, the woman is going to call the police, you the man get lack up. The day in court, the judge will order the man to leave the house. Now because the lease is in his name, the woman now tear the house up, and the man will have to pay to repair it, and also loose his security deposit.

UTILITY BILLS:

You the man must pay all the rent while the woman pay all the utility bills. The reason for this, if that bill is in her name, she will turn the light off when it is not in use. The water will be turned off, when not in use.

PHONE BILLS:

If there is a house phone in the home, let her pay the phone bill, this will cut down the gossips.

INSURANCE FOR HER CAR:

Even if you pay her insurance bill, it is best if the policy be in her name. This will make her act responsible.

CREDIT CARD:

Never take out a joint credit card with a woman. If you have a going checking account with her, do not put all your eggs in one basket. One lady told me that she empty her husband account then divorce him.

One man told me that his first wife, shake him down for $70.000 US. The second wife take him down for $50.000 plus she leave with the two week old new car that he baught for her, for $40.000.

TRYING TO UPGRADE A WOMAN WHO DO NOT WANT TO:

One of my lady friend divorce he husband because he is trying to get her go to medical school. She say" He is now free to get a doctor, since he want a doctor wife" If she do not have the ambitions, stop pushing her and push yourself.

WOMEN AND SEX:

Men need to realize that women also have a sexually need. If she want it she will come for it, just like how she came for every thing else. When the man put out all the effort, this tells her that the man is desperate. She saw this as her chance to get more expensive. It take the man an extra two weeks to land her, if he land at all. Do you ever observe that the men who trash the women, and beat upon them, get the best women? Women try to catch the fish that they do not have, while letting the ones that they have rotten.

Deuteronomy 21:14-AV-- thou shalt not make merchandise of her, because thou hast humbled her. )( Any time a woman is ready for a man, she will suddenly became humble.

SEXUAL COMPARABILITY:

Genesis 17:17-AV Then Abraham fell upon his face, and laughed, and said in his heart, Shall [a child] be born unto him that is an hundred years old? and shall Sarah, that is ninety years old, bear? )( Look at the age differences between Abraham and his wife. If you are a Christian man trying to get married, cut the cake in your favour. Women sex drive get less with age, comparing to that of a man. Try go for the youngest legal age if you intended for a long relationship and marriage.

BEWARE OF THE LET DOWN WOMEN:

Beware of women that suffer let down, and have several broken relationship. This could be a sign that something is wrong. This is a bomb ready to blow up. Bitterspirited people always have pocket and purse full of revenge, to take out an a innocient person. In trying to win over a woman, never make a woman insult you more that once. She will think you have no shame. Women do not respect men who they think have no shame. As a man, you must remember that women were made for men, and they outnumbered us. There are many to chose from.

WOUNDED SPIRIT FROM CHILDHOOD.

people that has been emotionaly wounded from childhood in most cases cannot perfect a relationship. Some people has been sexually molested by father, by priests, cousen, brother, uncle and mother's boy friend, by the time that person rech adulthood, their spirit has so badly wounded. It is impossible for them to perfect a relationship.
