Somalia...currently No Man's Lands
sheltered by warlords and bloodshed hands
bullets glide through the air like a gale
slaying everything in it's path even the geel
tanks rumbling through the streets
analysing all their assailant's feats
roads covered with carcasses
in the range of thousands if i asses
habitations ravaged and turned
plantations uprooted and burned
inhabitants scattered here and there
thats completely immoral and unfair
rivers obscenely polluted
men and women deluded
natives driven out of their cradles
stumbling with fear through the puddles
children and elderly indecently executed
all this by the dim-witted and uneducated
where is all the educated people gone?
where is all the love and optimism gone?
where is all the oneness and patriotism gone?
where is all the brotherhood and kinship gone?
but let bygones be bygone
lets amalgamate like brothas indeed
and with Allah's will, we'll certainly succeed
brothas and sistas, what am witnessing is really antique
unquestionably and depressingly unique!
