Question, how many top40 hits besides chrismas songs has Reba had?
Answer, 62!!!! 43 of whitch have hit the top10!!!(this is on billboard only yes I know she has had over 50) Now thanks to a very kind and huge reba fan from theacc message board I have the complete list of Reba's hits and i had full intion of talking about them all but it was to complicated so I have chosen just to do the ones that finished in the top100 songs of the year. For a complete list of reba's top40 hits clickhere

Reba mcEntire released her very first hit in 1979 it wasn't a very big hit and it peaked at #19 as a matter of fact, it took a year for her to land a really big hit or at least big enough to finish in the top100 of the year.

Then, in 1980 "(You Lift Me) Up To Heaven" peaked at #8 and finished the year at #66.

In 1981 "Today All Over Again" peaked at #5 finishing at #55.

In 1982 "I'm Not That Lonely Yet" hit #3 for two weeks and it finished at #23 for the year.

Well I am sure this made her very happy but the next year 1983 she hit #1 with "Can't Even Get The Blues" and it fineshed at #4!!! Later in that year she hit #1 agian with "You're The First Time I Thought About Leaving" it finished at #22. then she had another big hit that same year with "Why Do We Want (What We Can't Have)" whitch finished at #94 it peaked at #7.

Her next year 1984 slowed down a little her only big hit was "Just A Little Love" #90 it peaked at #5 for Reba.

In 1985 she was back on top with "How Blue" it ended the year at #46 The next time around she peaked at #6 with "Have I Got A Deal For You" it finished at #88. Well in 1985 the hits just came on coming she hit #1 agian this time with"Somebody Should Leave" whitch finished the year at #54.

Well 1985 was a pretty good year for reba but 1986 was even better her first realese that year "Whoever's In New England" hit #1 and finished the year at #14. Then "Only In My Mind" spent 3 weeks at #5 finishing the year at #75. Well 1986 couldn't end without Reba hitting #1 agian she hit #1 with "Little Rock" finishing the year at #44.

well after a big year it was time for 1987 and it was time for "Let The Music Lift You Up" to peak at #4 and finish the year at #80. Her next #1 was a song called "What Am I Gonna Do About You" and it finished the year at #12. Well at this point it's offcial Reba is on top she scores yet another #1 called "One Promise Too Late" and it finished almost as high finishing at #14.

Another year has come and the biggest year for reba yet she scores 3 #1s that year the first, "The Last One To Know" finished the year at #18. The next in her string of #1s was "Love Will Find Its Way To You" and it finished at #54. Then "Sunday Kind Of Love" peaked at #5 finishing the year at #85. Well Reba's hits for 1988 aren't done yet now "I Know How He Feels" hits #1 and finishes at #33.

In 1989 Reba had two #1s the first was "New Fool At An Old Game" and it ended the year at #37. Her next song "'Til Love Comes Again" spends 2 weeks at #4 and ends the year at #57. Well Reba couldn't end the decade without one more #1 hit "Cathy's Clown" it finished the year at #16.

Well now a new decade rolls out(this also marks 10 years since her first top100 hit) and reba starts the decade with "Just A Little Love" peaking at #5 and finishing the year at #90. Her next hit that year was "Little Girl" and it peaked at #7 and finished the year at #58. That year she had another top100 hit called "Walk On" spent 2 weeks at #2 and ended the year at #31.

Reba's next song "Fallin' Out Of Love" spent 2 weeks at #2 finishing the year at #36. Then, "Rumor Has It" hit #3 finishing the year at #17. Wrappin up that year was "Fancy" it got up to #7 and ended the year at #86

Well it was about this time that her band got into a horrible plane crash and you could fell the sorrow in her songs evrey of the songs from the for my broken heart cd was sad. The first big hit from it was "The Night The Lights Went Out In Georgia" it peaked at #12 and finished the year at #100. Then came "For My Broken Heart" whitch became her first song to spend over one week at #1 spending 2 weeks at #1 ending the year at #82. Then her biggest hit to date "Is There Life Out There" hit #1 for 2 weeks and ended the year at #3. Her next song "The Greatest Man I Never Knew" peaked at #3 finishing the year at #70.

Now it is already 1993 and it has been exactly 10 years since she scored her first #1 and now her hit "It's Your Call" hit #5 for 3 weeks and ended the year at #42. Her next song was the duet with vince gill "The Heart Won't Lie" whitch spent 2 weeks at #1 and finished for the year at #34. Then "Take It Back" peaked at #5 finishing at #74 for the year. Well that same year she had another #1 duet a very strange combination Reba McEntire and Linda Davis with "Does He Love You" it finished the year at #40.

well 1994 was a rough year for Reba she only had two top100 songs the first was "They Asked About You" whitch peaked at #7 and finished the year at #97. Then her next song "Why Haven't I Heard From You" peaked at #5 finishing off the year at #78.

In 1995 it was a little better for her her song "Till You Love Me" peaked at #2 and finished the year at #33. Then it was back at #1 for Reba with "The Heart Is A Lonely Hunter" whitch ended the year at #21. Her next song "And Still" peaked at #2 and finished the year at #53.

Well next 1996 rolled in and her song "Ring On Her Finger, Time On Her Hand" rolled up the charts to #9 and ended the year at #81 but that was it for 1996

Well in our little past to present thing here we our pretty close to today it is now 1997 and her hit "I'd Rather Ride Around With You" peaked at #2 and finished at #30 for the year. Her next song "How Was I To Know" hit #1 and finished at #22 for the year Then "The Fear Of Being Alone" had three weeks at #2 and finished the year at #23 The last song in 1997 was "What If It's You" whitch peaked at #15 finishin the year at #75.

It is now 1998 I am almost done blabering her current song was "If You See Him, If You See Her" her first #1 to spend 2 weeks at #1 in 5 years this is still her last #1 it finished the year at #16.
