Gibbons shot a career high 92 at the Dunes which included a birdie & numerous pars. "Although the weather was tame by Dunes standards, you still gotta hit the thing" stated a reflective Gibbons. " I mean, you don't stick the club up your arse & shake it like a go-go dancer". Gibbons played regulation tee to green golf missing most fairways and hitting the odd green. Handicappers are viewing this round carefully as the PRAM approaches. It seems every year the boney bloke from Carlton finds that little extra around JAM time. Gibbons has another burden to lug around with the revelation that he would go down on Justice minister Amanda Vanstone for a dare. " I like them big" grinned Gibbons. The Justice minister refused to comment, however a spokesperson for the minister was heard to utter "There are many things I would do for the minister, but that isn't one of them, I think this guys guide dog has given him bad advice...unless it was the dog who was keen". Back to the Dunes, Mackie shot 103 & Abbott 87.
