One day Jaliza was talking to her merchant friends Jaxxtz and Jondin, when they revealed to her some startling information: they "Cannot Open file "TXT_FILE".txt".
As Jaliza soon learned, many citizens of Cabalis were concerned with this "TXT_FILE".txt and with opening it up. She had no idea what a "TXT_FILE".txt was, but she resolved to find out.
Thinking that a special key might be needed to open it, Jaliza began her search. She knew that she'd likely have to quest to find the "TXT_FILE".txt as well.
To date Jaliza's work on this quest has been fruitless, but she's heard rumours that denizens in other cities on the other continents occassionally refer to the "TXT_FILE".txt as well! Obviously, this is an important and complicated quest, and Jaliza requests the aid of all the citizens of Norrath in solving it!
