As she gazed down on the Tower of Death and the nearby merchant quarter, the truth began to dawn upon her.
Imagine the poor merchant who set up his shop high up on this cliff. In such an isolated spot, customers must have been few and far between. When the lonliness became too great, it must have been easy for him to make the fateful decision to end it all. All it would take is a few steps forward...
Truly it is said, location can make or break a merchant. Taking this lesson to heart, Jaliza headed out once again to do battle with the foes of her beloved city of Cabalis.
