Joe Bidewell is a multi-talented singer, songwriter, keyboardist, guitarist and harmonica player who performs locally and regionally. Besides his own independent cassette / album releases, Joe has recorded vocals, instrumentals for demo sessions, records and jingles. Joe Bidewell recorded and toured as keyboardist and back-up vocalist for the prolific Welshman and Velvet Underground founder John Cale. Currently Joe has several songs co-published with Warner Brothers Records. One of the songs, "Dream Hotel," has appeared on television in the Academy Award-winning BBC documentary about the Chelsea Hotel and on Charles Kauralt's "Sunday Morning" program and has also been featured on National Public Radio's "All Things Considered." Joe Bidewell has twice a place on Blueberry Hill's annual C.D. release of top St. Louis songwriters, most recently for his composition "Sister-Daughter-Mother-Woman."

"What can you say about Joe Bidewell that hasn�t already been said? If this multi-instrumentalist has not yet been universally discovered, well, he soon will be. He contributed Wulitzer piano, accordion, and harmonica to "...a little time"; but I suspect he has many more instruments hidden in his arsenal. Jaw�s harp, Flugelhorn, Sousaphone, triangle --- none of these would surprise me".
