| With the exception of the Song of Double Time and the Inverted Song of Time, these songs must be taught to Link before he can use them. However, this list is here to remind you of how they are played and what their purposes are. Daily Used Songs Song of Time C-right, A, C-down, C-right, A, C-down Play this song whenever you want to start over at the first day. Beware, you will lose all the money, bombs, arrows, etc. in your wallet and ammo bags when you do this. However, masks, weapons, tools, etc. will be saved. Song of Double Time C-right, C-right, A, A, C-down, C-down This song will speed Link ahead to night (if it's day) or day (if it's night). Watch out that you don't skip past some event for which you should be present. You don't have to learn this song from anyone in particular so long as you know the Song of Time. Inverted Song of Time C-down, A, C-up, C-down, A, C-up This slows down the passing of time dramatically. Use this, especially in temples where you need all the time you can get. Song of Healing C-left, C-right, C-down, C-left, C-right, C-down Use this song to heal those broken in body or spirit -- and signs you have broken with your sword, oddly enough. Epona's Song C-up, C-left, C-right, C-up, C-left, C-right Just as in Ocarina of Time, use this song to call Epona to you once you have claimed her from Romani Ranch. Song of Soaring C-down, C-left, C-up, C-down, C-left, C-up You can play this song anywhere to warp to any of the owl statues you have marked with your sword. Song of Storms A, C-down, C-up, A, C-down, C-up This song makes the rain come anytime and can call forth faries if you're standing in the right spot. And, as always, I love to use it to stop annoying dungeon music for a while. Not So Useful Songs Song of Awakening C-up, C-left, C-up, C-left, A, C-right, A This song wakes up even the deepest sleepers. Goron Lullaby A, C-right, C-left, A, C-right, C-left, C-right, A Besides stopping a really annoying Goron baby from bawling, this song will put anyone to sleep. New Wave Bossa Nova C-left, C-up, C-left, C-right, C-down, C-left, C-right Bring Lulu out of her funk with this song -- you might want to play it in the Romani Milk Bar for a nice prize. Elegy of Emptiness C-right, C-left, C-right, C-down, C-right, C-up, C-left Just as cheerful as it sounds, this song is a must for the haunted Ikana Canyon. Oath to Order C-right, C-down, A, C-down, C-right, C-up This song is one of your main defenses against the chaos caused by the Skull Kid and Majora's Mask. |
