Safety Tips

At Personal Candles we want know that you are enjoying your Personal Candle in the safest way possible. And we want you to come back to us, over and over again, for your Personal Candle needs in the future. So please read these safety tips carefully and enjoy your Personal Candle.

1. Never leave a burning candle unattended
2. Place candle on a smooth, nonflammable, stable surface
3. Do not burn candle for more than 4 hours at a time
4. Refrain from burning candle in the proximity of combustible material
5. Keep burning candles away from open windows and doors as the draft may cause uneven burning and spillage
6. Do not expose candle to direct sunlight for a prolonged period of time as colors may fade
7. Avoid falling asleep with candle burning
8. Do not move candle around when lit
9. Trim candle wick to 1/4 inch before each use to prevent candle from smoking as long or crooked wicks will result in uneven burning
10. Always keep candle out of reach of children and pets
