Here is the Japanese Voice Actor of Jaken and the English voice actor.
The Japanese Voice Actor is Yuichi Nagashima. I personally think he is great for Jaken! Other Anime Shows he plays in are: Hiroshi Uchiyamada in Great Teacher Oniuzuka. He also plays Sakaki in Decendents of Darkness.
The English Voice Actor is Don Brown and I think he is pretty good at it to.
He has played tons of characters but he is best known as Kaio Shin/Supreme Kai in Dragonball Z. He played Antares In Galaxy Express 999 and Farmer Brown in Ranma 1/2.
