After completing a tour of duty in the Marines, Millhouse's career as a military strongman led him overseas. This worked out well since he could vent all his childhood repression in the service of his country, but he was dismissed at the age of 21 due to an injury recieved while stationed in Hawaii.
Back in Springfield, Millhouse makes a living as a bouncer at the Alpha 1 nightclub. Even though he's now a hard-ass, he still is easily bamboozled by those around him, yet he still manages to kick some butt when the need arises.
