| Arlie Skinner is the only child of Seymour and Edna K. Skinner. At ten years of age, Arlie is bigger than most children his age. Usiing his size to his advantage, Arlie's become the bully of the fourth grade. Also fueling his ego besides his size, his father, Seymour Skinner has been Mayor of Sprinfield for the past ten years, which leads Arlie to think he's better than everyone else. |
