B.J.
Rick and I laughingly call B.J. our "sturdy boy" because he's such an easy keeper.  He has so many peculiar quirks that keep us constantly entertained. When he gets reprimanded for barking too much in the house, he'll run to the bathroom and bark quietly down the floor register where that "other sheltie" that lives in the ductwork can talk to him!

B.J.'s sire is our oldest sheltie, Jake. He was bred by Shelley McGolden  and was whelped on November 1, 1997 in a litter of seven. We brought him home to live with us at seven weeks.

B.J. is very compliant. He's his daddy's dog and he's always willing to try whatever Rick asks of him. He suffers from a few confidence issues and he's wary of strangers, but his agility training has helped with that enormously.

B.J. was the first of our dogs to compete in AKC agility. He has AKC, NADAC and ASCA agility titles, AKC and UKC obedience titles and is curently working on his AKC RAE, and MX.
