Ok I’m dosing off now, gotta wake up in 5 1/2 hours to get ready for work.

 

I see a lot of members that haven’t been on for a long time.. Long as in 5+ months and hey if its your policy to keep everyone then that’s that but again its not a big problem.

 

Going back to the officer section of a forum.. We had a rank system (in the charter) that you must accomplish to go up ranks

We had a subsection in the officer’s only forum where we type out an evaluation of the guild member for reference for promotion, bad behavior, needs improvement on, etc.

Example:

-General discussion

      -Blah blah

      - blah

      - stuff

-guild stuff

      -blah

      -blah

-blah

-officer only forum (again only officers can see this.. I used guildportal.com so it made it easy)

      -suggestions

      -meeting info

      -blah

      -member evaluation

           -clentas

               - general

                   priest, personality x, y ,z… does this does that blah blah

               - promotion

                   completed x out of y

                   got attunment

               - punishment

                   clean record… I hope  :)

           -x, y, z
