This year’s Logie awards answered a question Jane Allsop had long pondered. What would it be like to attend the Logies...and to win?

The Blue Heelers star certainly had her query answered when she accepted the Logie for Most Popular New Talent - Female.

"As a kid, I used to wonder what it would be like to win a Logie," an excited Jane beams. "Now here I am. It’s lovely."

Jane is overwhelmed by the fact that so many TV WEEK readers voted for her.

"How fantastic is that?" she exclaims. "The public has given me their approval for what I do every week - but this is a job I just love doing in the first place."
