Norio Wakamoto was born on October 18, 1945 in Shimonoseki, Yamaguchi Prefecture, and was raised in Sakai, Osaka Prefecture.
In his early years, Norio Wakamoto was an anti-riot sqaud officer before he became a voice actor. Wakamoto is known for his sharp,
splendid voice, which has allowed him to play different villian roles in animations and games. His quality dubs have gotten him very recognized
within his 68 years of life.
Wakamoto has played a variety of roles, from good, bad, and hilarious to rude, perverted, and serious. He has voiced characters in many different
anime television series, but he is most recognized for his voice in Sazae-san as Anago-san, Dragon Ball Z as Cell, Kingdom Hearts
as Xemnas, Legend of the Galactic Heroes as Oskar von Reuenthal, Ninja Nonsense as Onsokumaru, Yoshinaga-san Chi no Gargoyle as Gargoyle,
and Street Fighter as Vega.
Though there is no account of Wakamoto being married, he is still able to move forward in his career, adding magic to his many different roles.
