Xaviers arcade i & ii have already been booked & a premium of up to Rs. 150/= per sq yard is prevailing in the market.
"Xaviers arcade - alumni paradise" is being offered to alumni members as a special case on same old rates, (although a premium of Rs. 150/= per sq yard is prevailing in market) as all the plots were taken away before we could have reached our alumni members.
