Responsibilities:
- Set up the Special Reports deparment and managed a team of 15 executives
- Assessing daily reports and ensuring optimum work performance.
- Submitting business plans for the Division with target projections for the
entire team and individuals.
- Quarterly review of business performance of individuals, team and advertising
agencies.
- Providing solutions to disputed claims.
- Attending press conferences and events and collating information for editorial
and marketing usage
- Composing high quality client-proposals and promotional literature to assist
members of the sales team
- Monitoring competition and implementing effective strategies accordingly.
- General liaison with other departments within the Company, i.e. Editorial,
Circulation, Production, Media, Accounts, Public Relations etc.
