If you are not satisfied with any purchase from All Acoustics, we will exchange it, give you a full credit, or refund the purchase price of the item with out any hassle, for 45 days from the shipping date. The only exceptions to this rule are microphones and harmonicas for health reasons, multi track recorders for head wear and tear, and any special order. If you received any extra items that were 'Free', you must return those items unused as well, or that value be deducted from the refund. Please keep in mind we cannot refund any shipping.
Please contact us for a Return Authorization number (RA). This number must appear on the outside of your package for it to be accepted. All product must be returned with the original packaging, packing material, all documentation, inserts, registration and warranty cards. The product must be properly packaged to arrive in saleable condition.
