| Nebulous black holes do consume Wonderously the entry ultimately results In traversing the distant dark And arriving in a more luminous position The trepidation of entry is great Anxiety abounds contemplating the distance Hesitating to embark Committed to the journey Strenthening in resolve Allowing the soul consuming motion to be initiated Exhilaration, utterly frightening Falling completely helpless Forward seeming backward motion Flailing for a crevice to ground And then at once Stillness ensues Consciousness once abbreviated returns Symthesizing the galaxial view Entertaining memories of the fleeting journey Relief in every cell of the host Retaining memory of take off Recalling weightless flight Rejoicing in arriving at yet another temporary destination It's beautiful here unimaginably in the dark I'd like to stay for yet awhile And watch the stars rise And feel the silence of this space And prepare to journey anew |
