Not too Swift is a developing series that I�ve been working on since around 1998. The main characters listed left to right are; Torin, Axel, Tamara, Ryaln, and Jaid. Not too Swift�s plot line is an ever developing scheme that won�t completely take form until I sit down and write all my idea�s out on paper. Basically the story is about the meeting of five very unlikely characters, and the bond�s made between them in the duration of their time together. Although oridunaly Not too Swift was supposed to be a kind of quest story, I could never think of something for them to quest over. So, so far there really is no solid plot line for Not Too Swift to follow, just a siries of unrelated events that have been created for the meeting of each character.
Although there is no formed plot line for Not too Swift, is doesn�t stop me from further evolving and re-creating the characters. All five of the characters have gone through drastic changes since their first creation on 1998. Because my influences have changed over the years, it has also changed the characters. For instance, in the beginning my art was influenced by Dragon Ball Z, and then Slayers, then briefly Escaflone. You can see the change in style over the years until I finaly started to use a style of my own. |

Thought the five main characters of Not too Swift are all original, the first two created; Tamara and Jaid where both inspired by real people. Jaid was created as a Cartoon version of myself, or what I�d want to be if I was ever a cartoon, she is characterized by her bright green hair, and the scar over her right eye. Tamara was inspired by my good friend Sally, and is characterized by her cat ears and tail. Sally has always been great contributor to my plot lines, and the designs of costumes. Without her help I don�t know if I would have ever come up with the other three characters.
I�m hoping that one day I�ll be able to animate Not too Swift, and if it�s for national television, or just for my web page I wish that it�ll be able to entertain people as much as it�s been entertaining me over the last few years. |
