You might be wondering why? Why would she write this statement? what is the purpose of this statement?
How can someone think that it is possible to think this way, when there is evidence of more and more stress every day. You wonder how on earth so much shit has been happening to me and you get distracted with all the "drama" taking place in your life. Your life could actuall give TNT a run for their money. Then you get depress and you take drugs. It's funny that people take drugs for depressison. The last time I checked drugs makes you depress, for example alcohol is a depressant, priscribe antidepressant makes you suicidal don't get me wrong there are some mental problems that needs help. Serious conditions needs serious help, but every day stress should not be allowed to get you down.
I was told once by a very nice person, that his mother told him that "life is like a dirty close basket there will always be something dirty inside" we can't always expect to have a perfect life with no issues or dramas. There will always be something going on and if there is nothing goning on right know there was something that happened in the pass that will still be haunting you and disturbing you.
I want to take the time to remind you that the sun will come out tomorrow it is guaranteed to happen. No matter what shit hists the fan and you are all covered in it after a shower and a good night sleep you will be just fine. Unless you want to stay there and roll around in the shit, let it grow on you instead of getting up and take a shower and move on.
Everyone is different and every problem is different but don't wallow in it, take your punches and move on. Alot of people think they are the only ones with drama and there drama takes first prize, for example I was working one day and a lady order a wheel chair for her husband to take him form point A to point B when the wheel chairs arrived other persons had also order wheel chairs and it so happens that theirs came before hers, she got upset that she had to wait and she replied " I don't know about the others but my husband really needs a wheel chair, so I guess every one was just faking it they did't need a wheel chair.
No matter how you look at it someone has been to the point where you are now and maybe they made it through or maybe not. The point is someone has been there, so you are not the first, the only, or the last. Here is some helpful hints to help with the day to day drama.Talk to a friend a real friend, get busy, stop sitting on your ass, your bed is your enemy only to be used for eight hours rest and sex, get a hobby do something for you, something you love. Do something rewarding for someone you know be kind. |
