JAHIGEO
JAHIGEO (Japanese Association for the History
of Geological Sciences), the member of the INHIGEO (International
Commission on the History of Geological Sciences), was founded in 1994. More
than 100 members, from professional historians to passionate amateurs, are
gathering under a motto "Lively discussions on the history of geology and
earth sciences". We publish two news letters, twice in Japanese and once
in English, and have three regular meetings every year.
