GENERAL RULES FOR ALL CLASSES:
- Admission to 1st and 3rd year classes will begin ten days after the declaration fo S.S.C/Intermediate Annual Examination results and will continue for ten days or as notified.
- Original Certificates/Documents will have to be produced at the time of interview / admission. The addmission shall be cancelled if the documents attached are found to be forged. The college adminstration reserves the right of reporting such cases to the police
- No Student will be allowed to change subjects, Faculity / Combination after having attended the classes for more than a month. Applications for such changes shouls come through the admission committees concernes within first 30 days of the session. No subject/faculty change is allowed after 30 days.
- Candidate must be residing within the geographical limits / jurisdiction of this college. Geographical limits of the college for admission purposes mean former Tehsils of Baozai, Kabal, Shamozai, Barikot and Charbagh.
- Those selected for admission to new classes will have to deposit college fees within six working days, otherwise their selection will stand cancelled.
- Those having passed in the supplementary examinationwill not be considered for admission in the onoing session.
- Mere submission of an application form does not entitle the applicant to admission in the college.
- The candidates are responsible to keep themselves informed of the dates of admission / interview etc, as individual catering is not possible for the college.
- No admission form under any circumstance, will be considered for any group / category except the one for which it is filled in by the candidate.
- Casual admission is not at all allowed.
- A student once removed from the college, if readmitted, shall give an undertaking in writing in the presence of his father / guardian that he will rfrain from such offence again.
- Late college students failing in one or more papers in 1st year / 3rd year / 5th year shall not be admitted in nest class.
- In case of differences of opinion in the interpretation of any rule, the decision of the principal shall prevail.
- Twenty extra marks will be awarded to "Hafizul-Quran" for the purpose of admission to College.
