A Comprehensive Internet / Intranet Time Sheet Submission Solutions for Human Resource purposes to submit
time sheet online both for large or medium size organizations.
These solutions are written entirely in the Java(TM) programming language and they will run on any platform that
the required Java(TM) runtime environment is available.
They are highly automated, robust,  easy to deploy, easy to configure, easy to use, with very little
client / server communication time laps.
They use Java(TM) swing library for the server side human interface.
They use Java(TM) applets for the client side human interface, and client / server communication.
There are two alternative suites, OnlineTSLt and OnlineTSInd.

OnlineTSLt
OnlineTSLt is a suites of applets and Java(TM) server side application. OnlineTSLt is packaged with its own
internal database.
OnlineTSLt has a record deleting functionality to delete approved time sheet record after the number of days
it has been configured.

OnlineTSLt Functionality
Records for the employee and approving ( signing ) manager are created providing data such as first name, last name,
email address and password etc.
An employee logs on to the site and after providing email address and password fills up the time sheet for a
particular day and submits it the to OnlineTSLt.
Each submitted time sheet is time stamped at the time of submission and receives a unique submission id.
Once a time sheet is submitted both the time sheet submitting employee and his designated signing manager
receive emails notifying them a time sheet is submitted.

The signing manager will continue receiving reminder emails according to the number of days OnlineTSLt
has been configured until signing manager logs on and after providing email address, password, and time sheet submission id
either approves or rejects the submitted time sheet.
If the time sheet is approved signing manager and the administrator will receive emails notifying them an approved time sheet is submitted.
If the time sheet is rejected signing manager and the employee will receive emails notifying them that the time sheet is rejected.
Only then the employee can edit his submitted time sheet.
 
 

OnlineTSInd
OnlineTSInd is identical to OnlineTSLt except OnlineTSInd is developed to interface with the organization
relational database directly through Java(TM) jdbc technology, and does not support the time sheet deleting functionality.
OnlineTSInd can interface with any database or accounting package where the relational database vendor provides
the appropriate jdbc driver.

OnlineTSLtDemo
OnlineTSLtDemo is an altered version of the fully functional OnlineTSLt with the following alterations.
   1) Its signing manager reminder functionality is disabled.
    2) Its periodic time sheet record deleting functionality is disabled.
    3) It allows only up to five employees entered in its database.

OnlineTS Solutions are fully supported for one year.
