Bishounen Shrine

Hello! Welcome to my Bishounen Shrine! You guessed what 'bishounen' is? If you did, then I don't need to tell you. If you didn't, well, I've got a few nifty links to sites that do explain! This is the page where I put up pictures of my favourite guys from comics, anime, or games! Enjoy!  Many of these guys, you can go to www.pocket-bishounen.com to find!! I may put up more images of the guys you find there... but right now, all I'll do is tell you, very briefly, what's so cool about these bishounen!!


 
First off is Marron Glace, from Sorceror Hunters..... well, the anime name says it all. Marron is sixteen years old, excells in magic (though he is reputedly very good at a sword as well) and has an elder brother called Carrot Glace. Marron is soft-spoken, gentle, intelligent, and graceful. He's also really serious.
Actually, I don't know why I caught this bishounen at all. Laguna Loire is from Final Fantasy VIII. Apparently, the scenes with him are pretty hilarious. I don't know the gameplay so well. He was married to Raine, who died (you never get to see him) and lives with his niece (or adopted daughter??). Squall Leonhart, the hero, is connected to him, not as in father-son, but Laguna represents his generation (Squall represents his own), but he failed to do his task, and he is supposed to teach Squall to do his part properly. When you see this guy im the FMV.... he doesn't look very old to you!
You're asking me why I caught this one? Actually, I don't know why, either. It just seemed kinda cool at that time to do so. Anyways, Kefka is the villain of FF VI. Apparently, he is a Magi-tek knight gone wrong. I don't know all the details. I can't even figure out for the life of me HOW i ever managed to catch him at all!! LOL
Ooooohhhhhh, Gambit seems to be an all-time favourite, huh? Remy is from X-Men, obviously (I forget his last name) and well... last I checked, he was in love with Rogue. It's really quite too bad that she dumped him for Magneto... T_T Have you read The Age Of Apocolypse? It's really kinda heartbreaking. Gambit is really charming... that's about the main reason why I like him. He's a ladies man! And... He's FRENCH.
Squall's rival, meanie, bully, arrogant.... that's Seifer Almasy! I'm not sure why I like him, he's so.... brattish! But he's here! He's pretty good-looking too, you know!! This IS a bishounen shrine. If Seifer's not bishounen, then what is he?
Vincent Valentine from FF VII. He is like.... soooooo cool. He's almost silent, almost creepy, and has really cool abilities. He's also got a terrible past. Spoiler alert! His ex-lover was Lucrecia, who was (many suspect) married to Hojo. You get to meet Lucrecia in Disc Two of FF VII. When you return to the waterfall cave in Disc Three, you'll find Vincent's best weapon and his final Limit Break. Vincent is also a favourite in many yaoi comics. He is, as you can see, quite utterly gorgeous.
Reno is.... a bad guy in FF VII. He is a Turk, and something like a FBI agent for Shin-ra. He doesn't look cool in this picture (actually, this picture of him sucks) but in other pictures... Wow! He has messy red hair pulled into a braid (or a really messy ponytail) and green eyes. His suit is really unkempt... like he sleeps in it! He slacks in his work, loves beer and women, but is a very dangerous opponent. 
Oh, this guy is like, so, so, sweet! Yeah, he looks like a ten-year-old. His full name is Zidane Tribal, and he's from FF IX. He's friendly, a flirt, and the most memorable quote from him is "You don't need a reason to help people." I thought he was pretty darn adorable the first time I saw him. In the game, he falls hopelessly in love with Princess Garnet Til Alexandros 17th. Awwww! You should see them together! 
Oh, Gods, this guy is..... almost soulless. His hair is brown, and his eyes are prussian blue. He's fifteen, and he's from the anime Gundam Wing. He's the pilot of Gundam Wing and his story's pretty tragic. Heero has been trained all his life to kill people, so as you can see, he has absolutely no qualms about killing. It's just a job. He's very hardened against life. It doesn't get better with Relena squealing everytime she sees him. There's a certain flair about him which is hard to describe, but it's there. He gets a job done, is focused and very responsible. His famous line? "Omae o korosu"
Sephiroth-sama looks cute in this picture, doesn't he? You should check out some really cool doujinshi pictures of him. *swoons* *wakes up after a few minutes* Okay, where was I? Sephiroth is the villain of FF VI. He is insane, wants to control the worl (don't we all) and well, there's a lot of hypothetical bullshit in his story. Sephiroth went insane after discovering that he was an experiment, and not a human. He was a general for Shin-Ra and the best, too. After his mind snapped, he burnt down the town of Nibelheim and disappeared for five years. There're a lot of people who hate him because he killed Aeris Gainsborough. Personally, I think they're directing their anger the wrong way. Sephiroth was controlled by Jenova most of the time, and he never knew the truth about himself, that he was a human simply injected with Jenova cells. I estimate him to be thirty years old. He has waist-length silver hair and glowing green eyes. Those green eyes are beautiful, I tell ya!

Finally, we get to my current favourite bishounen (and most likely my favourite for all time!!) KUJA!!! From FF IX, he can be considered Zidane's elder brother. Both he and Zidane were created and given souls, but their creator, Garland, regarded Kuja as a failure (I don't think he is!) and went about creating Zidane instead. Garland actually wanted a Genome to destroy Gaia, a task which Kuja undertakes right after he disposed of Zidane. I think Garland found Kuja too unruly and uncontrollable, and I must admit Kuja does act like a spoilt brat at times. Kuja is around... twenty-four, twenty-seven? I'm not really sure myself. "Kuja" comes from Hindu mythology, and Kuja is the name of a god who is the equivalent of Mars, the god of war. WHY Kuja is so cool! Well, you can see for yourself how beautiful he is. He's got curves any female would envy and.... well.... he's just really sexy!! I mean, as a guy!!
