“RETREAT!!! It’s an ambush!!” Jasmina Valentina, the leader of Avalanche Revived shouted out the warning to her comrades. Monsters of all sizes and shapes were surrounding the group during their attempt to assassinate Jenova-Ultimate. Blaze Strife lifted the Ultima Sword, which was inherited from generation to generation in his family, and slashed at a monster attempting to swipe at Erayshha Mujin and Misty Highwind. Misty aimed her arrow, the Galaxies Arrow, at another monster that was blocking their way out. Callum Wallace took another shot with his Sniper rifle at a monster before escaping out of the building, which was once the Shinra HQ. They ran non-stop till they reached their hideout.

“How on earth did that b***h know that we were trying to kill her?!” Callum shouted naturally cursing while saying it.

“How should I know? It’s not like I said this was gonna work anyway. And please stop with your cursing,” Jasmina replied with her cold stare flowing from her mako green eyes.

“We need another plan. I’m sure by now that Jenova is fully aware that we’re trying to kill her,” stated Misty. “She is sure to start looking for us and destroy us. We need to find that child she is looking for. Surely she,” ”or he,” interrupted Blaze. “Or he could be a threat to Jenova since she is looking for him or her so hard.”

“But we need more help. All the other freedom fighters are busy fighting their own monsters. So who are we gonna find to help us?” asked Erayshha.

“I think I might know,” said Jasmina. Everybody looked at her direction. “Before Jenova took over the planet, my family and I went to Cosmo Canyon. I read a book about resurrecting spirits from the lifestream. We could travel to Cosmo Canyon and seek the knowledge of the elders.”

“But then, wouldn’t Cosmo Canyon have been taken over by that &*^%$)( Jenova as well?” asked Callum.

“No, for some reason Jenova does not have any power over Cosmo Canyon,” answered Blaze.

“Yeah, but they wouldn’t let just anyone in, you know,” stated Misty.

“Don’t worry. I know the guardian there. He will let us in,” assured Jasmina.

“Alright then, what are we waiting for?! Let’s go and kick some @$$!!” said Callum. He started to head for the door but was stopped by Jasmina.

“Not so fast. We must have a plan on how to get there and get enough supplies to last the journey.”

“What about transport?” asked Erayshha.

“I could contact the freedom fighters at Junon to lend us a boat to the next continent,” suggested Blaze.

“Good. Erayshha and Callum, you two gather the supplies we need. We’ll need at least a week’s supply of food and Misty and I will make sure that the weapons are all ready while Blaze makes contact with the freedom fighters at Junon,” Jasmina instructed. ”Any questions?” she asked.

“No,” everybody answered in unison.

“Alright, move out!”
