Personal Log of Deanna Troi

I must remember never to get on the wrong side of Beverly Crusher.  I watched … correction I found myself in a campaign designed and executed under her command to get the Captain to go on a holiday.  The poor man never had a chance!

 

I am what… Proud? Shamed? that my part in the plan sealed the victory.  Once I mentioned to co-conspirator Riker that my mother was coming onboard the Captain bolted.  Apart from being the ship’s doctor Beverly carries a rank of Commander.  I think she should be made an Admiral.  What a campaign!

 

Riker was not any better. He went on and on and on about a holiday planet called Risa.  About the women, the atmosphere as I said on and on and on!  I had no doubt as to the pleasures of Risa. Will’s emotions were coming at me in tidal waves.  If my empathic abilities could not read that then his constant flashes of wolf grins left nothing to the imagination.

 

By the same token I KNEW that the Captain enjoyed himself.  He was really relaxed when he got back. So I suppose a conspiracy now and then don’t hurt.
